Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Maddy and my interests are in health and fitness. When a major shoulder injury sidelined me from training, I decided to delve into research about shoulder injuries. I am now taking a proactive approach to exercise versus the reactive approach I took when I got injured. Through my research, I discovered several really good ways to help prevent future injures from occurring. Throughout this blog, I will share some important articles that really helped me identify the pain I was suffering from, how I fought it, and how I feel stronger and better today.
